When you see perfectly toned and svelte models walking down in the ramp for lingerie brand Victoria's Secret, it difficult to resist that they would be surviving on practically nothing to be that slender. To break this tale, Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm penned a post sharing what she eats between the shows. Malcolm frequently posts news about her diet on social media. Newly, she realised that most of her posts are giving a perception to her fans that she is always on a strict diet, which isn't true. So, she decided to give a true glimpse into her food habits. 

She drafted, “It has come to my observation that all my day on plates are for when I have been deep in training mode for certain clients. This seems to have continued the myth that I only eat vegetables, protein shakes and gallons of water in a day. I need to break this myth; I only exist like this for very short periods of time throughout the year!”

The model also told that she starts her day by drinking about two litres of water, and continues drinking as much as possible throughout the day. She also makes sure that she has an avocado every day, a salad with every meal, and a serving of nuts. She also includes sweet potato, quinoa and brown rice in her diet. She also adds that she is trying to get her coffee addiction down. “I am attempting to stick to two coffees a day. This is hard. Really hard. I love coffee.”
