WhatsApp launches new way to show notifications on its Beta version

Whatsapp has another new feature for Android users. But this feature of Whatsapp will be only for the Android Oreo user. Now the notification channel of Whatsapp latest Android Beta app can be seen in Facebook's latest messaging app.

Hopefully, the feature will also be available for the common user soon. With this feature, users will now be able to disable WhatsApp notifications, which bothers them during work. The notification channel was first applied to Google Chrome notifications in July last year so that users can adjust the notification according to their convenience.

It is worth noting that the App Notification Channel is a native feature of the Android 8.0 OREO.  Whatsapp supports Android's latest Beta version. These include group notifications, message notifications, chat history backups, critical app alerts, failer notifications, media playback, unchecked, other information, sending media and silent notifications.

These available Notification Channel settings allow you to get notifications according to your need. For example, if you go to the group notifications channel and you can set it for group messages, which will stop the notifications you receive continuously. To manage group message notifications, there is also an option other than the Group Message Notification Channel.

In addition to notification channel integration, the latest Whatsapp beta version also gives the user the option of switching from a voice call to a video call. That is, you can switch between both calls. There is a video button in the call menu that you can tap on the video call during a voice call.

According to the Android Police report, the new Whatsapp Notification Channel Feature is available on beta version 2.18.18. which can be downloaded via Google Play or APK Mirror. We can see the notifications channel separately in the Whatsapp Android Beta 2.18.19 app.
