New Delhi: Social messaging app Whatsapp can shut down its business from India, as Whatsapp has accused the Indian government of not encouraging the payment service of its company. The company also said that Google and other platform receving the hike in payment service, but is discriminating with whatsapp.

Whatspp spokesman said that "making such software will affect the encroachment from one end to the other shore and also affect the personal nature of whatsapp, by doing so will lead to more misuse of it, we will not undermine privacy protection. . "

The company said that if the Indian government gets such pressure on them then they will have to shut down business in India.

Last week, Law Minister Ravi Shankar had met with Chris Signel, CEO of Whatsapp, and he had laid down three important terms, Ravi Shankar had said that there should be a complaint officer in India to answer Whatsapp complaints. There should be proper compliance with Indian laws by the Whatsappp authorities, RS Prasad had said that India would not appreciate such a scenario, where any problem would have to be summoned by the US.
