Indian women's hockey won the fifth and final match with a 4-1 win and concluded the tour of Spain. In this last match played at the Consejo Superior De Depots Hockey Stadium on Monday night, the Indian team scored two goals each for Captain Rani (33rd, 37th minute) and Gurjeet Kaur (44th, 50th minute) against Spain, while Spain. The only goal by  Lola Rieira (58th minute) was done. With this win of India, the five-match series was a draw with a score of 2-2. 

Despite the first two quarterfinal clash between the two teams, Rani opened the account of goal for the Indian team in the 33rd minute. Four minutes later, Captain Rani gave the Indian team a 2-0 lead with one more goal.  One minute before the conclusion of the third quarter, Gurjeet roamed the opportunity of a penalty corner goal, forwarding the Indian team 3-0 ahead.

After this, India kept their hold on the ball even in the fourth quarter. In the 50th minute, Gurjeet scored another penalty corner to score India's score 4-0.  Spain had the opportunity to score two minutes before the end of the fourth quarter, which Riera did not let go and scored in Spain's account. However, this was not enough to win, and for this reason, India defeated Spain by the score of 4-1.
