8th of June is celebrated as the World Brain Tumor day. The day is celebrated to spread awareness among the people and educating them on the issue.
A brain tumour can also be called as a type of cancer. Most of the people are unaware of the disease and do not have any idea of the cures as well.
According to the researchers, the brain tumour is the most spread cancer in children these days.
A person gets a brain tumour when the cells inside the brain grow in an abnormal manner. A tumour can be that of cancer and sometimes not.

The main cause of cancer has not been discovered yet but this is spread usually because of three reasons, genetic inheritance, radiations and spreading of cancer from other body parts.
Th removal of such tumours can be done, but in that case, the complete tissue that is affected has to be removed. The removal is done using either radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
This day is just to celebrate the survivors of this deadly disease, the people should be aware of the symptoms and causes of it. If we’re able to spread the awareness among people it will be better for us as a society.

Spread the awareness on the issue and stay healthy.
