Xiaomi has announced that the company's global event will be in full swing. Last year, the company had screened the Mi A1 in the global event. It was a rebranded version of Xiaomi  Mi 5X. It was launched a little earlier in China. The Android One device runs on the stock Android brought many customizations. Now this year, the company had launched Chaomi Mi 6X for the Chinese market in the month of April. Now in the upcoming event, the smartphone  Xiaomi Mi A2 can be launched.

Xiaomi India has tweeted about its upcoming global event. However, information about the date, venue and time have not been given here. It seems that the company is still debuting at the venue of global events and taking opinions from its fans. 

The tweets show that this time the event will be held out grandly. The Xiaomi Mi A2 smartphone specifications have been leaked many times. It was recently listed on a Swiss website. In the listing, its 32 GB storage variant it was priced at 289 CHF (Rs 19,800). The 64 GB variant was at 329 CHF (Rs 22,500). The 128 GB storage variant was priced at 369 CHF (approx. 25,200).

According to Digitech's listing, Xiaomi Mi A2 will run on Android One. It is expected to be 5.99 inches full-HD + (1080x2160 pixels) display like the Mi 6X. It will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. 4 GB RAM The listing also mentions 32 GB of storage can be present. 

Now talking about camera setup. There is a dual rear camera setup in the vertical position on the last part of the Xiaomi smartphone. The primary sensor will be 12 megapixels. At the same time, a 20-megapixel sensor is available for selfie and video calling on the front panel. 3010 mAh battery will be present in the smartphone. This will support Quick Charge 3.0. The connectivity feature is expected to be 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type C port.
