The episode starts with Keerti leaving a note and gift for Naksh. He smiles at receiving the clothes designed by her. Keerti looks on. Kartik and Naira are seen romancing each other. He dances with her, blindfolds and lifts her up to cut the cake. He finds the box missing. Bhabhimaa is happy and says that it is good that Naira is celebrating her birthday with them. Kirti says that nobody allows her to do anything at her sasural. To this Suvarna says yes we have heard that daughters are loved more than sons here.

Naksh tells that Naksh has messaged thim he is getting Naira here. Naira arrives with Kartik and she is blindfolded, but she comes to know that Kartik has brought her to her maayka. Kartik says he should have thought about it. He calls himself foolish. Suvarna gets her brother's call. He apologises to her because his phone was switched off. He tells her that he has reached her home. He informs him that she has come to Naira's maayka for her birthday celebration. Naksh asks Kartik about the cake and he tells him that he forgot the cake home. He tells him he will get the cake. Suvarna gets a chance to go home and meet her brother. She tells him, I will get it and informs that she will take Aryan along.

Kartik has a pain on his arm, he goes upstair and Naira follows. She realizes that the pain in Kartik's arm is because he has got her name tattooed on his arm. She cries out of joy. She hugs and kisses him and thanks him for the lovely gift. Suvarna reaches home with Aryan and asks him to stay outside. She goes inside to get the cake and meets her brother. She has a conversation with him where she tells him that no one should come to know that she has given birth to son who he is raising as his child. She tells him to destroy all the proof which prove that she has a son as her family will be hurt after learning the truth. Aryan overhears the conversation while he goes inside to handover Suvarna's phone to her.

He looks on as the man Suvarna is talking to is his father. She tells her borther that onone should know that Manish and she have a son other than Kartik. Aryan is heartbroken after learning about the truth. He cries thinking about Suvarna and his father's conversation Naira and Kartik hug each other. She realizes he has fever. She insists him to see the doctor, but he refuses as it is her birthday and they have a party at home.
