New Delhi: Does exercising can also take someone to the hospital. After listening to the story of 18-year-old Lakshya Bindra, you will definitely believe this and you will also understand that if you have not been able to go to the gym in lockdown then how to start exercising after the gym opens now that there is no harm to the body only .

Residents of Delhi used to go to the Target Gym for 18 years. When the lockdown occurred, the gyms were closed and during this time Lakshya did not do any special exercise. To reduce this regret, as soon as the gyms started opening, Lakshya decided to go to the gym. But the desire to exercise for a full month in a single day had such a bad effect on the target's kidneys that the hospital was admitted for ICU. This case is dated 16 July.

Lakshya's mother told that, "After getting a workout in the gym, it was difficult to get up from the bed only for Lakshya. When Urine was not even for 3 days, then we took him to the hospital. On seeing the doctor, he understood that the target's kidney had a very bad effect and he instructed the family to get dialysis at the earliest. He told that the target is currently being treated.

Kidney transplant surgeon Dr. Dilip Bhalla of Max Hospital told that, if too much exercise is done suddenly, all the hydration i.e. water comes out of the body. Even if no one stops, then the protein present in the muscle also starts to break down, after which the effect on the kidney starts. It becomes difficult for a person to eat food and the urine output is exhausted, this situation can also be fatal.
