In Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party leader Sandeep Singla and two of his friends have lost their lives in a road accident. The accident took place near Maheshpura village in Khamano.  It is learnt that Sandeep Singla's car collided with a truck full of liquor and he and his friends also lost their lives in the accident.

Sandeep Singla was on his way to Ludhiana from Khamano. Sangrur MP and AAP Punjab President Bhagwant Mann, Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Harpal Singh Cheema, MLA Aman Arora and other party leaders have condoled his death.
