Indore: The administration team raided the factory of Rishabh Food Product in Nayata Mandala on Wednesday and caught large scale irregularities. Spices were being prepared here amidst the mess. In the fear of adulteration of cardamom and onion peels, nigella seeds, the department has taken 12 samples while the factory is also sealed. After the kind of disturbances that have come to light, the team of the Commercial Tax Department will also investigate here on Thursday. Manish Swamy Chief Food Officer informed that more than one and a half dozen officers of three departments discovered during the day's search that the factory owner Jinesh Jain had stuffed one sack of cloves, 3 sacks of celery and 10 sacks of cardamom.

On asking this question, Jain said that they have been kept for throwing. He replied that some people buy these goods at a lower price. It is likely that it will be used to make spices. From here take samples of turmeric powder, soybean oil, Divya Jyoti garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, Rishabh coriander powder, Rishabh Fariyali Singhara flour, Rishabh Fariyali Rajgira flour, Char Masala, Rishabh Madhuri Char Masala, Amchur Powder have been taken. The owner Jinesh and Akhilesh Jain resident Bakhtavaram Nagar were preparing all the products used in food items.
