New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the countrymen in the 114th episode of his monthly radio program 'Mann Ki Baat'. On this occasion, he told that the journey of this program has completed 10 years, which started on the day of Vijayadashami. PM Modi described the listeners as the real masterminds of the program and said that it is their ideas that have made this program successful.

On the completion of 10 years of 'Mann Ki Baat', the Prime Minister said, "Whatever work is being done in our society with a sense of collectivism, it gets recognition through 'Mann Ki Baat'. When I read the letters received for this program, it becomes clear that there are so many talented people in our country, who have a passion for serving the country and society." Describing this episode as emotional, PM Modi said, "For the last few weeks, there has been heavy rain in different parts of the country, which reminds us of the importance of water conservation." Citing the example of a border village named 'Jhala' located in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, he said that the youth there have started a 'Thank You Nature' campaign, under which they clean for two hours daily and throw the garbage at the right place.

Talking about the Swachhata Abhiyan, PM Modi said, "We have to involve as many people as possible in this campaign of cleanliness. This is not the work of one day or one year, but it should be a continuous process, until cleanliness becomes our nature." Referring to his US visit, he said that the US government has returned about 300 ancient artifacts to India. President Biden showed him some artifacts at his private residence in Delaware. These artifacts are made of various materials such as terracotta, stone, ivory, wood, copper and bronze, many of which are four thousand years old.
