Dee Arabian is an alcohol free attar, which is essentially a roll-on perfume made with essential oils and fragrances. She knew that there was a need for this market, and thus this new venture came up in the past 9months. She and her husband know the value of customer satisfaction and were happy, but not surprised when all their online sales resulted in a very high positive feedback and repeat customers. To the point Ayesha says, 75% of their first time customers have come back.
They see the potential in this maiden venture to become large and spread its wings. She says that the USP of their products is the quality which they give at affordable prices. Coming from a blogger background, she realises the importance of customer service. Not only does the pricing tilt the scale in her favour, what also works for them is the nature of the attar roll on, which makes it long lasting.
To make Dee Arabian better and grow further, Ayesha Ladha is currently learning and researching on a variety of unique and unexpected fragrances, which will be an exciting journey. Learning new things, exploring, and wanting to satisfy the Dee Arabian consumers is a passion for her now.
While she is creatively involved in the process of making the attar, she is also concentrating on the business aspect of Dee Arabian. Steadily and with time she is building a network of loyal clientele who would help with word to word promotion. Along with that she is setting up infrastructure to facilitate a market for wholesalers, retailers and distributors pan India. She realises the importance of international and global business.
