New Delhi: You may have heard many stories of your love, but even if you read the news that has come for you today, you will also be surprised. Yes, in fact, a woman crossed the border from Bangladesh to India to marry her boyfriend, that too by swimming. The 22-year-old Bangladeshi woman has just come to India by swimming regardless of the border. During the interrogation, she has said that she has come to India to marry her lover. She said that in this journey, she crossed the dense forests of the Sundarbans and swam in the river for an hour and reached India to meet her lover.

According to the report received, the woman has been identified as Krishna Mandal. She says that she was in love with a boy named Abhik Mandal who lives in India. She met Abhik on Facebook and the two fell in love. Krishna did not have a passport so she entered the border illegally. According to police sources, Krishna first entered the Sundarbans which is known for the Bengal Tigers. Thereafter, she swam for about an hour in a river that contains dangerous gharials and thus came to India with her lover.

It is being said that after this, Krishna and Abhik got married at Kalighat temple in Kolkata. But on Monday, police arrested him for illegally entering the country. According to sources, Krishna will now be handed over to the Bangladesh High Commission. Earlier, the Bangladesh man had swam into the river and entered the border and during interrogation, he had replied that he had come to India to get chocolates. However, imam Hussain was handed over to the local police to find out the truth of the man. Thereafter, he appeared before the court and was sent to 15-day judicial custody for questioning.
