Lucknow: In light of ongoing money extorting, a case reported from Noida, Uttar Pradesh, a group of women was booked for allegedly extorting money from a retired 65-year-old bank officer. The women blackmailed him that they would leak his objectionable videos and pictures on social media. According to a Source report, the women demanded Rs 45 lakh from the victim. The group of accused women allegedly barge into their home in Raj Nagar Extension on October 10. But they were driven away by the guards of the high-rise building. After which the women threatened the man about leaking his pictures and the man then  told the issue to his wife.

Reportedly, the man has three children and he retired from his service in 2013. Sanjay Pandey, the station house of the officer of Sihani police station told HT taht the victim told his wife about the issue and they decided to seek police help. The man further added that the woman was extorting money from him on the pretext of making some pictures and videos of his public.

Meanwhile, the retired banker has claimed that these videos and pictures are fake and they have lodged an FIR in the case. However, Pandey mentioned that the police  are investigating the case. The police have registered an FIR in the case and further investigation is underway. The victim's wife told HT that the accused women have already extorted Rs 35-40 lakh from her husband. They recently extorted Rs 9 lakh, she added.
