New Delhi: On Wednesday, Police in the national capital arrested three men for the theft of electrical appliances. The arrests led officials to a godown in Haryana's Sonepat from where they recovered as many as 510 LED television sets. Surprisingly enough, those arrested include a lawyer and an MBA graduate.

The culprits have been identified as 35-year-old Vikas who is a lawyer along with MBA graduate Harendra and Class 12 drop out Praveen, both of whom are aged 33. According to a report, Vikas was practicing law at a Sonepat court and Harendra was working as a medicine supplier before the trio decided to enter a life of crime. Police caught wind of the trio's crimes after receiving a tip-off from a shopkeeper, said deputy commissioner of police (DCP, crime) Rajesh Deo. Deo further added that police acted promptly on the tip and conducted a raid at a building in Sonepat on Wednesday leading to the arrest of the three men and the recovery of the television sets.
