Chennai: A horrific case of murder has come to light in Chennai, the capital of Milanadu, where a daily wage labourer was strangled to death in the middle of the road not once but twice. The incident took place on Wednesday and was captured in a nearby CCTV camera and now the footage has gone viral on social media.
According to media reports, a daily wage labourer named Santosh was murdered 9 times in the Pudupet area of Chennai. The murder was carried out by three people. The deceased was a resident of Kannagi Nagar. CCTV footage shows Santosh walking on the street and suddenly a man argues with him. There are two other people with this person. Before Santosh says anything, a man in three stabs his neck with a blade.
It is clearly visible in the video that Santosh falls to the ground immediately after the attack. During this time, his throat is attacked 9 times and the accused run away leaving him suffering in this condition. The police of Greater Chennai have so far arrested two people in this case and are looking for a third accused.
