Jabalpur: A shocking case has come to light from Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh. In fact, a 30-year-old man has allegedly killed his sister-in-law here. In the case, it is alleged that the deceased had categorically refused to name the person she was talking to over the phone. Angered by this, the accused hacked the woman to death with a sickle. Inspector Umesh Golani of Hanumantal police station has informed in the case.
He said the case came to light when the accused Raja Chakraborty, a resident of Bhantalia locality, reached the police station with a sickle. He further informed that Chakraborty allegedly slit the throat of his brother's wife Roshni (32). The incident is said to be from the time when Roshni was talking to someone. In the whole case, the police say that when he (Roshni) refused to name the man she was talking to on her mobile phone, the king killed Roshni.
At the same time, the officer further said, 'When the police reached the accused's house, they found the woman lying in a pool of blood and bruises on her neck. She further said that the victim's husband, children and other family members were not present in the house at the time of the incident. The case is now under thorough investigation and the accused is also being questioned.
