A massive fire broke out in Aero India 2019 Show’s Parking area, 80-100 cars Gutted in Fire

In Recent report, amid of tight security measures, a massive fire broke out at the parking area near the venue of Aero India 2019 in Bengaluru on Saturday. According to the fire department, nearly 80-100 cars were gutted in the fire which broke out near the venue of Aero India 2019 in Bengaluru. However, the reason of the fire was yet not known. Information on any injuries or casualties was not available.

It is to be noted that Today Women`s Day, being observed at Aero India 2019 – Asia's largest military aviation exhibition at the Yelahanka Air Force base in Bengaluru, will celebrate the contribution of women in aviation. An all-woman crew will fly few aircraft as part of the air display. According to sources, two IAF fighter pilots will fly Hawk-I advanced jet trainer while another will fly the upgraded version of the MiG-21 and Ace badminton player PV Sindhu and astronaut Sunita Williams are taken a flight to the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas.

Apart from this incident, Earlier on Tuesday, one pilot was killed as military aircraft of the Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team (SKAT) met with a head-on collision during a sortie as part of the preparations for the Bengaluru Aero India 2019 air show. During a rehearsal of Aero India show, two Suryakiran aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) have crashed in Yelahanka air base in Bengaluru. The crash come days ahead of Aero India show. The aircraft were a part of the aerobatic display team that had arrived at Bengaluru from Bidar, ahead of the Aero India show. The crash happened when two of the aircraft suffered a head-on collision during a rehearsal. However, the pilots ejected safely and are undergoing treatment at a medical facility at the airbase.

It is worth mentioning here that the Bengaluru Aero India 2019 air show began on February 20 and it is  the 12th edition of Aero India 2019 and on February 24 will be end ceremony of show event. According to the information, more than 100 companies from around the world will participate, including US Boing and French Rafal. During the rehearsal there, Sukhoi, Tejas and MiG 29 have shown their feats from India. At the rehearsal, Miraj and Jaguar's Kalabadi were also seen. Significantly, three Rafael Airplanes have reached to take part in Air Show.
