Amritsar, The web portal has been launched by Vice-Chancellor of Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Prof AS Brar, to address grievances of students and employees yesterday.

While stressing upon the need to address students’ problems in an efficient way, the Vice-Chancellor said the use of technology in this area would be of immense help.

The portal would also help the university to analyze different grievances of students and staff, besides taking suitable administrative steps for its solution, said Nodal officer, grievances redressal cell, Prof Hardeep Singh.

Prof Hardeep Singh and his team at the computer centre of the university made an effort to develop the web portal.
