Jaipur: The Jodhpur bench of Rajasthan High Court has shown seriousness about the minor victims being pregnant by rape. Even today, when a minor is pregnant, she applied before the High Court for permission for abortion, even after winter vacation, a single bench was set up immediately.

Senior judge Sandeep Mehta heard the petition of the victim in a single bench even after the holiday and issued a notice that a medical board should be formed. A report is also sought in two days. On behalf of the victim of the rural area of Jodhpur, it was told in the petition that she was raped and due to this she became pregnant. Right now, there is a 21-week fetus in the victim's womb, which she wants to drop, but legally the permission is necessary, hence the petition has been filed.

Justice Mehta has sent a notice to Additional Advocate General Pankaj Sharma of the non-government. Issuing the notice, the Superintendent of MDM Hospital has been ordered to constitute a medical board immediately. Not only this, instructions have been issued to submit the report on December 31 by conducting a medical examination of the victim. During the next hearing, instructions have also been issued to the victim to appear in the court.
