New Delhi: The country is currently having the second wave of the deadly coronavirus. Corona is spreading rapidly in many states of the country including Delhi, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh, the capital of the country. The situation is so serious that patients are losing their lives due to lack of oxygen and lack of beds. Meanwhile, a survey on Delhi has been conducted by the survey agency Local Circle. In the survey, 68 percent of Delhi's people said things have worsened within a week, so the government should increase the lockdown.

According to the survey, 68 percent believe lockdowns should be increased to control the epidemic. The great thing is that within this one month the percentage of people supporting lockdown has increased 4 times. The lockdown is currently in force in the state till April 26. People say that new cases of corona can be overcome to a great extent if lockdown is increased.

More than 26,000 new cases are now being registered daily in Delhi. The concern is that 80 percent of Delhi's hospitals are facing acute oxygen shortages. Many hospitals now have only a few hours of oxygen left and no covid beds left. More than 300 corona patients died in the capital on April 23. With nearly one lakh active cases, the positivity rate in Delhi has currently increased from 10 percent in early April to 36 percent, the highest since the outbreak of the epidemic.
