This tree is famous as 'Tree of 40'. Many fruits like plum, satalu, apricot, cherry and nectarine are planted on this tree. The price of this tree is 19 lakh rupees. This tree has been made with special grafting technology. Under which, in winter, a twig of the tree is cut along with the bud and separated and pierced into the main tree.

After this, the hole is closed by applying a paste of nutrients and then it is kept tied throughout the winter. By doing this, the twig gradually connects to the main tree and starts bearing fruits.
