A woman from Devon, UK has gone viral on social media for wanting to marry a lifeless object that she has been in love with for many years now. Believe it or not, Pascale Sellick is planning to marry her blanket it in full public viewing next month.

As per source reported, Sellick will be donning a bedtime attire instead of a bridal gown on her wedding day. The nightie dress will be paired with slippers and a dressing gown. Sellick’s guests will also be able to wear the wedding dress and she has encouraged them to carry hot water bottles if it gets cold.

Sellick was quoted that. “Her duvet is the longest, strongest, most intimate and reliable relationship that she has ever had. That’s because it has always been there for me and gives me great hugs,” further she added that, “she love my duvet so much and she would like to invite people to witness my union with the most constant, comforting companion in my life. There will be music and a ceremony, laughs, and entertainment,”.

The wedding ceremony will at Rougemont Gardens in Devon on February 10. It will be followed by a wedding party at The Glorious Art House. However, Sellick is not the first individual who plans to marry an inanimate object. A woman married the Berlin Wall in 1979, a Los Angeles filmmaker married his phone in 2016, and A  a man married a hologram in Tokyo in 2018
