Mumbai: There has been a big news about Maharashtra Tourism Minister Aditya Thackeray. In fact, he had reached the Sahyadri Guest House last Friday evening. A large chandelier hanging from the slab fell here while Aditya Thackeray narrowly escaped the accident. This has been informed by the authorities. The incident reportedly took place when Thackeray, along with top officials, was busy holding a series of meetings in Hall No.

Here, shortly before 5 p.m., a deafening sound came from the fall of a huge chandelier installed on a slab outside their meeting hall. This also created panic among the security personnel. The loud sound of the chandelier falling caused some panic among the people, but the most relieved thing was that there were no casualties. No reason for the chandelier's fall is said to be clear.

Soon after the incident took place in the case, pwd department teams started surveying and auditing the entire guest house to check and audit any possible future threats there and at other prominent locations. Briefing the media in the matter, an official said that "in the epidemic lockdown, most of the ministers including Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and others prefer to hold their official meetings at Sahyadri Guest House or some other government places as several Covid-19 cases have been reported in ministries during the last 15 months.''
