Amritsar: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab co-incharge Raghaw Chaddha has accused Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh of being in charge of an RTI, saying Captain Amarinder Singh knew a year ago regarding the passage of the three agricultural laws. Raghaw has further said, "Captain Amarinder Saheb has betrayed the people of Punjab. A little word cannot be used for this sin."

"From August 7, 2019, Captain Amarinder Singh was aware that the Farmers Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, the Value Assurance and The Agricultural Services Act (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act were being brought in. I challenge Captain Amarinder Singh to produce a proof to prove that he had disagreed against the three black agricultural laws in the High Powered Committee on Agricultural Laws," Raghaw Chadda said.

"If Captain Amarinder Singh had held discussions with farmers' organisations on the reality of these meetings, the farmers would not have to spend so many nights in this bitter cold today. It is clear that Captain Amarinder Singh is an agent of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is a clear case of match-fixing between CM  Amarinder Singh and PM Modi. CM Amarinder has openly stabbed in the back of the people and farmers of Punjab. "
