Amritsar: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is facing charges of selling tickets for crores of rupees in the Punjab assembly elections. And these accusers are not opposition party men, but AAP workers. In Chandigarh, a press conference has been held by AAP workers accusing the party leadership of selling tickets for crores. At the same time, it has demanded that the party should now abolish this policy. The party's Mohali district youth cell president Gurtej Singh Pannu and vice president Shira Bhanboura spoke while holding a press conference.

Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National President Arvind Kejriwal is currently infected with corona and recently took out a victory tour in Chandigarh after better performance in the municipal elections. There were allegations that even after the symptoms of the corona, he held election rallies and continued to resemble people. Now, his own party workers are holding press conferences and opening their own party polls in front of the entire media. Allegations of selling tickets for assembly elections with crores of rupees are being made. Is this their 'change' politics? In Chandigarh, the BJP managed to form its mayor even after having fewer seats than the AAP, for which AAP workers are blaming the internal strife within the party. The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has also accused the AAP of selling tickets. SAD spokesperson Daljit Singh Cheema said the Election Commission should take cognizance of the cases and order them to register a case. The AAP in its pamphlets has advised voters to take money from other parties and vote for them.

Cheema further said, "It is clear that Arvind Kejriwal is making himself a nobleman by selling party tickets. This model is being adopted everywhere by AAP, so ticket sales are taking place wherever it is contesting elections. Technology is being used to level false allegations against opposition leaders. This is a scam worth crores of rupees, the poll of which can be opened only after a high-level inquiry. They are betting on the rich people in the elections. Kejriwal's Delhi model is a complete flop, so he has nothing to show to the people of Punjab.''

It may be mentioned that former Congress corporator Dinesh Dhal was to be inducted into the AAP during a press conference of AAP leader Raghav Chadha at the press club recently, but there was a controversy over ticket distribution. Meanwhile, slogans of 'Raghav Chadha Chor Hai' were raised against the AAP's Punjab co-in-charge. It would have been so much, but the matter escalated to such an extent that a lot of thrashings between the AAP leaders took place. AAP leader Raghav Chadha had to run out of the back door after about 45-50 minutes of agitation over ticket distribution.
