Salman Khan has announced the date of his film Tiger Zinda Hai which is releasing on Christmas this year. Usually, Salman releases his film on Eid and Christmas is booked by Aamir Khan for releasing his films.

What makes Salman bags the dates around Christmas, its Aamir 's goodwill, "When Salman wanted to release his film in the last week of the year, he called Aamir and asked him if he was planning to release film this year. And only when Aamir said no, did Salman go ahead and announce his film."

As, Tubelight is scheduled to release on Eid and he wants an another holiday date for his second release in 2017, so asked Aamir.

Reveals the source, “Salman checked with Aamir if he had anything scheduled for Christmas this year. Aamir happily told him, ‘This Christmas is all yours. His next, Thugs Of Hindostan is expected to release on Christmas in 2018.”

And this is a birthday gift for Salman whose birthday will take place two days after Christmas. The film will be Salman’s first Christmas release since Dabangg 2 released in 2012.
