New Delhi: MLA of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Atishi from Kalka ji has said in a press conference that notices have been pasted to demolish slums in Tughlakabad village, Kalkaji, Subhash Camp, Mehrauli, etc. areas. Against this AAP will go to meet the local BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri along with the people of these areas tomorrow morning at 11:30 am and if he does not meet, we will sit on a protest there.

AAP workers alleged that on the one hand, the Prime Minister is claiming to give houses to all, while at the behest of his own party, the DDA is demolishing people's houses. According to reports, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has issued a notice for the removal of more than 100 slums in Mehrauli. People were warned that if they did not remove themselves, the DDA would use bulldozers to remove them. AAP has now made this notice an issue. Atishi said that I have urged the LG to read the Constitution of India once and read the decision of the Constitution Bench, it will be known what is the responsibility of the LG and what is the responsibility of the elected government.

AAP has alleged that the LG is interfering in the work of the elected government for 24 hours, on the other hand, if we look at the law and order, a woman cannot go out on the road after 8 pm today. The chairperson of the Delhi Women's Commission is also not safe. Law and order is the responsibility of LG. They are not doing their own homework, they are saying that they will do their younger brother's homework. Atishi further said that LG had said that day that there was no time, and suddenly he came, this time there is a lot of time now, and we hope that LG will give time to meet the elected representatives.
