New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) rebel MLA Kapil Mishra has termed the order of disqualification from the Assembly as illegal. He has said that he will go to the High Court against this illegal order. Kapil Mishra also said that I have been disqualified because I campaigned for Modiji in the Lok Sabha elections. Kapil Mishra also attacked AAP President Arvind Kejriwal.

Mishra said that when I raised my voice against Kejriwal's corruption, he did not terminate my membership. But when I campaigned for PM Modi, he terminated my membership. Kapil Mishra wrote on his Twitter account that "I liked the fear of daring Arvind Kejriwal, AAP. Till today I have not been able to answer a single question. I have always voiced the public. You will not be able to stand in front of me in the court, not in the public court. More than a big campaign in the assembly elections- 60 seats to PM Modi.

Earlier, after joining the Delhi Assembly, his rebel MLA Kapil Mishra had said that for PM Modi, he could not once but several hundred times as the MLA's chair. Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goyal has declared his rebel MLA Kapil Mishra from Karaval Nagar as a commissioner.
