The Government of India launched the Arogya Setu Mobile App last month for Jio phone users to combat the Corona infection. Now this app has created a new record. Within a month of the launch, 3 crore live phone users have downloaded this app. With this, this app has also been included in the list of 10 most downloaded apps in the world. Earlier, the Arogya Setu app was downloaded by 100 million Android users. The Ministry of Electronics and IT has tweeted that the Arogya Setu mobile app has downloaded 30 million live phone users so far. The Ministry has further said that it is our important weapon in the ongoing war against Corona.
What is Arogya Setu Mobile App
Arogya Setu app has been created with the aim of preventing the infection of coronavirus. The Arogya Setu app will tell people whether you have come in contact with a corona infected person or not. Apart from this, you can also find out how much risk you have of corona infection with this app.

Arogya Setu app is available in 11 languages including Hindi, English and Marathi. In this app, methods of prevention of coronavirus are also mentioned. Apart from this, this app will tell you based on your location and travel history whether you are at risk of corona infection or not. After downloading the app from Google Play Store, you have to register with name and mobile number. After this, the language will have to be chosen.
