Famous actress Shweta Tiwari of the television industry has been living separately from her husband Abhinav Kohli for quite some time. Nothing good is going on between the two. In such a situation, the son of both is living with Reyansh Shweta Tiwari. Abhinav Kohli made many shocking revelations against Shweta Tiwari. Television actress Shweta Tiwari's husband has approached the High Court for the custody of her son Reyansh.

Abhinav Kohli filed a petition in the Bombay High Court in December 2020. In this petition, Abhinav blames Shweta for not allowing him to meet her son Reyansh. Abhinav's advocate Trupti Shetty discussed the matter with the media. She said that Abhinav is not being allowed to meet his 4-year-old son Reyansh. Trupti Shetty further said that when Shweta was found corona positive last year, Abhinav took full care of Reyansh. As soon as Shweta recovers, she took her son back. After that, she is not letting Reyansh meet Abhinav.

Advocates say their client does not even know where his son is. He tried a lot to contact Shweta, but Shweta ignored his every effort. Abhinav also tried to enlist the help of the police, but they failed. Abhinav finally decided to go to the High Court for his rights. Tripti further said that in December 2020, the High Court had issued a notice and on January 5, our matter was listed. Shweta was present there that day and asked for time to appoint her advocate. We acceded to Shweta and requested her to let Reyansh meet Abhinav, even if it is possible through video conferencing.
