Mumbai: Passengers of local trains, popularly known as the Lifeline of Mumbai, will now get a chance to travel comfortably. In fact, as per the recent information received, Central Railway is going to run Air Conditioned Local Trains on harbour line between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) to Panvel from 1st December. It is said that initially the number will be 12. A railway official also said that these AC local trains will run in lieu of all existing local trains running on harbour line. It has also been said that these AC trains will not run on Sundays and holidays.
Let me tell all of you that at present 10 AC local trains are operating between CSMT and Kalyan. On the other hand, 16 AC trains are running on trans harbour line. At the same time, 20 AC local trains are being operated on the western line. Central Railway has also decided to change the timings of local trains running on harbour line of mumbai's suburban train service, trans harbour line and fourth corridor of Belapur Nerul Kharkopar from December 1. A railway official recently said, "All CSMT-Andheri local train services and Panvel-Andheri services will be extended to Goregaon station. At the same time, he said, "According to officials, the total number of local services from Goregaon and Goregaon will increase from 42 to 106 and the total number of services from Bandra and Bandra will be 86, making it possible for passengers to travel by Navi Mumbai and Central line. '

V-4 will run from local Vashi at 04:25 hrs.
PL-13 will run from local CSMT at05:18hrs.
PL-24 local will run from Panvel at06:45hrs.

PL-52 local will run from Panvel at09:40hrs.
PL-79 will run from local CSMT at11:04pm.
PL-78 local will run from Panvel at12:41pm.
PL-111 will run from local CSMT at14:12hrs.
PL-116 local will run from Panvel at15:45hrs.
PL-145 will run from local CSMT at17:08hrs.
PL-144 local will run from Panvel at18:37hrs.
PL-175 will run from local CSMT at20:00hrs.
