Bangalore: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Karnataka has raided five locations of Congress MLA BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan following a report by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ACB team had reached the residence of the Congress MLA on Tuesday morning.
According to ACB officials, raids have been carried out at five locations of the Congress MLA. They said that a flat in Silver Oak Apartment, the residence of BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan, located near the cantonment railway station, along with a guest house in Sadashivnagar, Associates office at Banashankari and the National Travels Office at Kalaciplya in the city were raided.
According to media reports, the ACB official said that the ACB teams are examining the documents and the investigation is on. On Tuesday, several teams of the ACB had reached five locations of four-time MLA BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan. Mla Khan had served as food and civil supplies minister in the HD Kumaraswamy government for more than a year.

In August last year, the ED raided the residence of MLA Khan and another former minister R Roshan Baig in connection with the rs 4,000-crore IMA Ponzi scheme case, in which thousands of people's hard-earned money was looted. MLA Khan had also appeared before the ED several times.
