Copper trading range for the day is 318.7-324.3.
Copper gained after trading in the range as persistent concern about excess copper supply in the second half limited the upside.
As per the WBMS said, “global copper market was in a supply deficit of 197,000 tons in H1 2016 Chinese copper concentrate imports from Peru shot up nearly 95% year-on-year during the first half of this year, according to latest data”
