In this case, the victim's father Bhuvan Ram complained and on his complaint a case has been registered against the accused Durga Ram. On the other hand, Revenue Sub Inspector Hemant Kumar said, "A case has been registered in Section 326A of the IPC. On Monday, he will go to Haldwani to take the victim's statement. After this, further action will be taken.
