Ratlam: Work is still being done to demolish the construction works constructed by illegal encroachments in Madhya Pradesh. The work of freeing government land from the clutches of the occupants is underway here. Now, in the same vein, 106 illegally occupied shops have been razed in Javara tehsil of Ratlam district. Under the information received, large scale action has been taken jointly by the District and Police Administration in Ratlam district against the illegally constructed buildings.

Last Sunday, illegal constructions constructed in about 17,000 sqft were demolished in a major crackdown at Dhodhar in Javara tehsil. On the other hand, Sub-Divisional Officer, Revenue (SDM), Javara, Hamanshu Prajapati has informed that the illegally constructed Janata Complex at Dhodhar has been demolished. There were 106 shops in the complex. It is also being said that "the complex was constructed by constructing shops without the permission of the Gram Panchayat, which was controversial. There were criminal complaints against the builders and they are facing cases of Arms Act and NDPS Act.''

On the other hand, it has been reported that the police report was jointly processed by the police, urban administration and revenue departments. Four JCB machines, three poklen machines, were used to carry out the operation. At the same time, 250 labourers have also been made to work. The operation continued throughout the day under the additional superintendent of police Rajendra Shrimal etc.
