Action sequences used extensively in Balakrishna's 'Akhand'

After blockbuster 'Simha' and 'Legend', director Boyapati Srinu and Balakrishna's third film 'Akhand' starring Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal in lead roles. The shooting of 'Akhand' is finally over. The makers took to social media to announce that they are ready for the post-production work of the film and will announce the official release date soon.

The film's director Boyapati Srinu made the announcement on social media on Tuesday. He wrote, "#Akhand shoot wrapped. It's a blast in theatres." Along with Balakrishna, actor Shrikant Meka has also shot the action sequences in the film's climax, which is seen as the highlight of the film.

Balakrishna will play the role of Aghora and a major part of the shooting of the film took place in the forest of Vikarabad. This is the third time that Boyapati Srinu and Balakrishna are coming together for a film. The two had earlier teamed up for Simha and Legend, which both proved to be blockbusters.
