In Palghar, 13 corona patients lost their lives due to a massive front at Vijay Vallabh Hospital in Vasai-Virar district on Friday night. The horror has shocked people across the country. According to media reports, the patients lost their lives due to a sudden fire in the ICU ward at 3 pm.

Bollywood actor Govinda has now expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased. Govinda, who grew up in Virar, was present with his wife in Kolkata when he came to know about the incident. In a post shared by photographer Viral Bhayani, Govinda said, "I am completely shocked to hear about this tragic incident. My thoughts with those who lost their loved ones. We are all going through a difficult phase. Pray that we can get out of this situation. I wish the injured people a speedy recovery".
