If you always want to stay fit then add curd, fruit juice, eggs, almonds etc. in your breakfast from today. If you consume all these ingredients in breakfast then your body will be full of energy all day.And You will stay fit.

Protein-rich food also makes our body healthy and slim. To make your figure slim-trim and to be fit, healthy food should be recognized instead of oil spices.

Plenty of fibers is found in cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, fenugreek, gram, moong dal etc. So if you want to look slim then definitely include these things in your food. To stay fit, first, avoid taking the milk tea intake. Instead, take black coffee or green tea.

Apart from this, take plenty of water to clean the body from inside. It is important to have enough sleep to stay fit. Take at least 7 hours of sleep in one day. By taking enough sleep, hunger hormones are low, and your weight always keeps in control.
