Los Angeles: 'Rolling in the Deep' hitmaker Adele lauded 'Starstruck' judge Shania Twain for hiding at her Vegas show, admitting that she would have "self-combusted" if she would known the singer was there.
As per reports by Mirror, 'The Man! I Feel Like a Woman!' star, 57, rocked up at the mum-of-one's residency show in Sin City along with a host of famous faces.
Even though Adele, 34, one of the best-selling musicians in the world, saw Shania after the performance, she was overcome with emotion.
The singer, who was born in Tottenham, shared a photo of the Canadian superstar wearing a hat and sitting in the front row on Instagram and wrote: "I'm so glad you were wearing a hat, @shaniatwain. If I had known it was you, I would have blown up! I can't believe you attended my play; I admire you." According to "The Mirror," rapper Stormzy and Adele's partner Rich Paul joined Shania at the sold-out performance. After postponing the performance earlier this year and informing fans that it "wasn't ready," Adele has just finished the second weekend of her residency at The Colosseum venue at Caesars Palace.
Adele officially revealed the revised dates for the concerts, which began on November 18, after months of speculation. The singer praised the audience for "coming back to me" as she entered the stage, looking stunning in a black velvet dress and a bevvy of diamonds. She said the performance "looks just like how I imagined."
