In an interview with another portal, Aditya has now cleared the reports of his savings being exhausted. He said, "I normally just said that I have purchased a new apartment before the lockdown, so I have to think about my EMI and if the pandemic lasts for a long time, I may face problems." Aditya said, "I normally said that my 5 lakh have been cut for EMI and I have 18 thousand remaining now. But that does not mean that I have gone bankrupt and there is no money left."

He said, "After working for more than two decades and that too continuously, how can I be a pauper?" Aditya joked, "What would my mother-in-law be thinking? Now I won't get even more gifts in marriage". The singer has urged his fans to look at the work he has done in the past and not to rely on such fake news. Aditya is very active on social media and also shares information about his work there.
