The most corona patients have been found in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. The bulk of the corona in some areas of the city are getting infected. After the arrival of 882 cases in the city that has become a hot spot of Corona, the administration has now decided to implement the Bhilwara model. It focuses on screening half the city by next week. If this plan was adopted on 26 March itself, when the cases of corona infection started coming to the city then it would not have got so infected. In the last one week, the administration surveyed one lakh houses.

This survey was done in Ranipura, Khajrana, Tatpatti Bakhal, Chandan Nagar, Moti Tabela, Bombay Market and surrounding areas. Samples of suspects found here have been sent by the Health Department for investigation. Now the administration has prepared that the survey should be done in the entire 85 wards. For this, preparations are being made to increase survey team. So far, women child development department, education department, anganwadi workers were included in the survey, but now employees have been sought from other departments as well. After this, the entire staff will come on the field and every house will be surveyed. In this way, the administration did not prepare before the screening of the entire city. If the decision to conduct a survey of the entire city was taken in the last week of March, by then Corona would have come under control in the city, but now infected people are coming out from different areas. More than 200 containment areas have been built in the city.

Extensive sanitization is being done in these infected areas to prevent corona

Talking about Bhilwara model, in March, 27 cases of Corona were reported in Bhilwara from a private hospital. The administration stopped the movement in the area where the infected were found. After this, two thousand teams were formed and screening was started in the entire city. After the first round survey was completed, screening was done again. For this, the number of teams was reduced to six thousand and 24 lakh people were screened in nine days, whereas in Indore, only six lakh people have been surveyed in a week.
