Now put this pan on top of hot water and remove the whistle and cover the cooker. Let momos cook in steam for 10-15 minutes. As soon as the color of the outer surface of momos starts changing and does not look sticky, then understand that they are cooked and ready. After this take out the momos and fry them. This will make them look even more crispy. To get the Afghani flavor, take yogurt and spices in a bowl and sprinkle it over the momos. Also keep in mind that all the curds get submerged.
