Kabul. Gunmen attacked a gurdwara in the middle of the old city of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, killing at least four people. This information has been given by a local Sikh MP. Let us tell you that the Sikh community is a minority here. Afghanistan's interior ministry said that police had reached the spot after receiving information about the attack, but the firing was still going on.

MP Narinder Singh Khalsa said that a man inside the gurudwara called him and told him about the attack after which he reached there to assist. He said that there were about 150 people inside the gurdwara at the time of the attack and at least 11 people have died in the attack. Khalsa said that the police is trying to drive the attackers out of there.

So far no terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for the attack. But Taliban spokesman Zubihullah Mujahid has tweeted that the Taliban have no hand in the attack. However, earlier this month, an organization affiliated with the terrorist organization Islamic State attacked a religious gathering of minority Shia Muslims in Kabul in which 32 people died.
