Corona is causing havoc in Patna. There has been a tremendous increase in corona infection in just 1 week. The infection spread in Patna in the last 100 days. This infection has spread in just 1 week. The first corona positive was found on 22 March in Patna. After which 718 corona were found infected in Patna in 100 days i.e. till 30 June. Whereas in a week, 1402 corona got infected in Patna from 30 June to 7 July. Of these, the number of active cases is 760, while 12 people have died. 630 Corona patients have recovered and returned home.

On March 22, the two infected met together in Patna. In which there was a woman, who was a resident of Digha. While the second corona was a young person living in Babhanpura. The woman returned from Nepal on a whim. The young man had returned from Scotland. By the end of March, only 6 infected were found in Patna. Later no infection was found in Patna. But by April 15, the number of corona patients increased to 7. But on April 22, eight infected were found together, of which seven were from Khajpura alone. By the end of April, this number reached 44.

The first positive from Corona in Patna was the victim of death on 10 May. The worker of Belchhi lost his life from Corona at PMCH. Every day Corona became infected and by May 15, the corona infection had crossed 100 in the district. But the surprising thing happened for the administration when more than 50 i.e. 58 infected were found on a single day on 17 May. In which young and migrant labourers were involved. After this news came, the government made the rules more strict.
