Varanasi: In view of the possible arrival of PM Narendra Modi to Kashi between July 7 and 10, the administration has intensified preparations. According to the district administration, PM Modi will reach Kashi by 11 am on a day's tour. During this, PM Modi will attend three programs of his parliamentary constituency. During this, PM Modi is also going to see Akshaya Patra kitchen.
In fact, under the Akshaya Patra scheme, food is prepared for children in state-of-the-art kitchens in government schools in Varanasi. For this, a centralized kitchen is being prepared by Akshaya Patra Foundation. Under this scheme good and nutritious food will be provided to the children. PM Modi will inaugurate a two-day education conference organized by the Ministry of Education at the International Convention Center Rudraksh in Sigra.
Vice-Chancellors of central and state universities across the country, directors and chairman of many higher educational institutions including IITs, IIMs will participate in the conference. Apart from teachers, educationists and experts from many universities, governors of BJP-ruled states will also reach here in the program. This type of conference is being held in Kashi for the first time. PM Modi will attend the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of development schemes worth about Rs 1800 crore here. For this, brainstorming is going on at Sigra Stadium.
