New Delhi: Since the removal of Article 370 by the Central Government in Jammu and Kashmir since August 5, 106 laws and nine constitution amendments of the Constitution have been implemented. Recently, a government spokesperson has given information about this. Indeed, the government has advertised on the first page of newspapers to inform people about the benefits of removing Article 370 and Article 35A. On the other hand, in the Kashmir Valley, life was affected even today on the 65th day and here people are opposing the removal of Article 370 in addition to dividing the state into two union territories.

In this regard, a spokesman said that before the removal of Article 370, the central laws for Jammu and Kashmir were limited. No central law can be enacted before it is passed in the state assembly, as a result of which many laws may not be applicable to Jammu and Kashmir, thereby depriving local residents of the benefits of these legislations." Talking further, he said, "Many progressive laws in Jammu and Kashmir like Minorities Act for National Commission, Right to Education Act, Parents and Senior The Maintenance and Welfare Act and other Acts of Senior Citizens will be applicable to children and the disabled.

At the same time, the spokesperson alleged that "Due to lack of strong laws in Jammu and Kashmir, a lot of money is not reaching the poor due to corruption and weak accountability." Now all the anti-corruption central laws including the Whistle Blower Act will be applicable in the state. Due to these laws, transparency and accountability will increase and the funds raised for the people will actually reach the beneficiaries." With this, he further said, "There will be significant changes in education facilities for all, especially for the children of the poor. The government will focus more on education, industrialization and tourism.
