Ahmedabad: Along with other states of the country, there is a decline in the cases of corona virus in Gujarat as well. In the midst of decreasing cases, the Bhupendra Patel government of Gujarat has decided to remove the restrictions. Night curfew has also been withdrawn from Ahmedabad and Vadodara on 25 February i.e. from today.
Let us tell you that till now night curfew was in force in both these cities of the state between 12 pm and 5 am. But amidst the decreasing cases of corona infection, it has been decided to remove the night ban from both the cities. According to media reports, from today there will be no restriction on movement of any kind in both the cities during night time. However, some restrictions will still continue in the matter of social, political, cultural and religious ceremonies and activities.
Instructions have been given to organize such functions only with 50 percent capacity. This decision has been taken by the Gujarat government. In Gujarat, gatherings will be allowed to be held in open spaces with 75 percent capacity amidst the easing restrictions. Let us tell you that before Gujarat, Delhi has also announced the removal of night curfew today.
