Saturday 28 May 2016: After failing in board exam a class XII student committed suicide by consuming poison at Rai village in the district. As per the police said, “Nitin (21) committed suicide yesterday under Chapar Police Station area as he was reportedly depressed after failing in his exams”
In one more happening, a 14-year-old girl attempted to kill herself by consuming poison due to some family dispute at Goharni village in Shamli district yesterday-informed police.
Adding that she was hurried to a hospital in a serious condition.
