Earlier on Saturday, 1 lakh 07 thousand 474 new cases of Covid infection have also been reported and 865 people have lost their lives. That is, there is a reduction of about 24,000 cases in the new cases. At present, there are total active cases in the country, that is, the number of patients undergoing treatment has come down to 11.08 lakh. A total of 4.22 crore people have been infected since the beginning of the pandemic in the country.
Single-dose Sputnik Light vaccine approved: On the other hand, the country has now also got the 9th vaccine in the fight against Covid infection. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya tweeted this information on Sunday. In a tweet, he said that the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) has also approved the emergency use of the single-dose Sputnik Light corona virus vaccine. This is the 9th Covid vaccine approved in the country. This is going to strengthen the country's fight against the pandemic.
